Scrim Scarf M90
Our Scrim Scarf in M90´ish camouflage will go excellent to your missions in wooded and light green environments like the Swedish forest scenery!
Being multi colored with black, brown, sage and OD color in a splinter type pattern and a backside in bleak bog moss background and colors seeping through the fabric from the top print the product could be used for weapons camouflage, personal camouflage, OP duty etc.
Scrim Scarfs are used frequently today by elite forces all around the world and Snipers uses this type of scrim as a face veil and the item is often seen on elite troops in marine environments as neckscarf and veils when combat swimming to break up contour. This scrim fits nicely with your green M90 uniform or kit.
As a general purpose piece of kit the scrim has a multitude of uses such as neck scarf, face veil, concealment net, or could be cut up and used as camo garnish for weapons, optical gear, they can be draped in front of binos to cut reflection, they can be used to help hold field dressings in place on arm and legs etc.
Although the more famous "Shemagh" is better for warming and has taking over the market from the Scrim Scarf during recent years, the Scrim still has the tactical varsity over the Shemagh and does not take the same space!
Note! This Scrim net is heavily printed and comes with a excess of color in the fabric, it bleeds initially when wet and could then miss-color other clothes. We advise hand rinsing the Scrim in lukewarm / warm water in a bucket or similar with a bit of gentle soap and keep changing the water until color bleeding stops.
The color of the print smells strongly from manufacturing and the rinsing with soap combined with hanging outdoor to air for 36h is useful to reduce this!
Our size measure 42"x42" (+100 x 100 cm) cm so it is big enough to wrap around your entire head and upper part of the torso to enhance your camouflage on the ground or in water
